Product description

R22, R407C and R134a Scroll Vane compressors are widely used in air conditioning, industrial cooling and precision air
conditioning. Today, scroll compressors have been widely used in the air-conditioning industry: from Split air-conditioning, roof machines, unit machines to cold water systems, scroll compressors have been widely replaced by piston compressors due to their unquestionable advantages, and start part of the replacement screw compressor. Multi-compressor combination (two parallel and three parallel) can be used in the system with larger capacity, which brings the user good comfort, lower operating costs for users with higher seasonal energy efficiency ratio (multiple compressor combinations are verified or validated) .

Single compressor capacity ranges from 5kW (ZR18) to 90kW (ZR380) , the capacity range can be extended to 180kW and 330kW after the parallel connection of two computers and three computers.The axial and radial flexible technology of the scroll compressor makes the scroll compressor have more tolerance to liquid refrigerant and impurity, so the reliability of the scroll compressor is improved. Furthermore, Emerson’s expertise in parallel multi-compressor connections gives us a unique advantage in large air-and water-cooled water system solutions. The application of 3kW (ZP14) to 180kW (ZP725) single-compressor and double-compressor parallel connection and triple-compressor parallel connection technology expands the system capacity to 430kW and 650kW.

Today’s home/commercial air conditioning applications require not only superior energy-saving performance over the entire operating range, but also adequate cooling/heating capacity. The Valley Scroll TM COMPRESSOR AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH EVI has better performance in high temperature environment, and the air-conditioning capacity can be improved by up to 12% . In the application of jet enthalpy-increasing technology, the heating capacity can be increased by up to 30% at low ambient temperature.
The range of R22 refrigerant ranges from 15kW (Zri61) to 35kW (ZRI144) and R410A refrigerant ranges from13kW (Zpi54) to 44kW(ZPI182) .
